Prior to turning in your vehicle, you will have to complete some simple procedures. So you’ll know what to expect,
LEASE MATURITY CALL
You can expect a call from our BMW Lease Manager as a reminder that your lease maturity date is approaching. Take this opportunity to come in for a pre-inspection and to let us know if you are looking to keep your current BMW or if you are interested in a new one
INSPECTION CALL
You can expect a call from our preferred inspection company, AutoVIN Canada, to arrange an appointment for a brief vehicle inspection. The inspection can be completed anywhere you choose, including your home or office.
VEHICLE INSPECTION
After AutoVIN Canada evaluates the condition of your BMW, a Vehicle Inspection Report will be available online within 48 hours of the physical inspection, outlining the condition of your vehicle. If your vehicle requires any repairs or maintenance, you are strongly encouraged to have the work completed prior to the vehicle turn-in date. Please note that if you have purchased BMW Financial Services Excess Wear & Use Protection with your BMW vehicle, this process has been simplified for you.
RETURNING YOUR VEHICLE
Please schedule your appointment in advance to review your vehicle’s condition and confirm all necessary maintenance and/or repairs have been made. You may also settle any applicable excess wear and use charges at this time.
WEAR AND USE
To determine whether any marks on your vehicle are within the acceptable limits of wear and use, you have been mailed a BMW Financial Services Vehicle Condition Evaluator.
RESTORE BODY AND SOUL AT OUR BMW REPAIR CENTRE
Our BMW Certified Collision Repair Centres (CCRC) is able to repair any signs of wear and use that may be considered “unacceptable”, and restore your BMW back to its factory specifications. Our BMW CCRC is equipped with specialized tools and trained technicians to give you fast, easy service, and a guarantee that your repairs are BMW certified.
