Planning an extended trip? With over 6,000 public charging stations and over 12,000 charging ports across Canada, finding your next charge couldn’t be easier. Among others, some of Canada’s public charging networks include: FLO, ChargePoint, Electric Circuit, BC Hydro, eCharge Network, Electrify Canada, Petro Canada, and IVY. In most cases, but not always, payment is required to charge at a public site. Payment methods vary and can include contactless credit card, network RFID charge card, through a mobile app, or by phone.

STANDARD WITH THE iX AND i4.THE BMW FLEX CHARGER.

The BMW Flex Charger, standard with the fully electric BMW iX and i4 models, is the ideal home charging solution. Thanks to included adaptors, it can accommodate both Level 1 AC charging using a common 120-volt outlet, as well as Level 2 AC charging using a 240-volt outlet. At 240 volts, it can achieve a 9.6 kW charging speed, meaning it can charge the i4 and iX from 10%-100% battery in 8.5 hours and 11 hours respectively.*

Please note that a 240-volt outlet requires professional installation.
